At Twin Star Herbal Education we draw upon traditional, holistic modalities that empower individuals to live a healthy and peaceful modern life.
In Foundations of Herbalism, we explore each of the seven Chakras, the corresponding system of the body and the herbs that support them.
We teach through a model of Integrative Herbalism: integrating our intuitive understanding of herbs with our rational study of actions and energetics.
We learn about different classes of herbs and their actions by focusing on hands-on work/play with plants that can be grown or harvested in the Northeast or readily found food/culinary sources.

What graduates are saying...
"Embarking on my herbalism journey with Twin Star's Foundations of Herbalism was one of the best decisions I made! At a time when so much was unknown (and still is) my herbal practice remained constant. Joining this herbalism program meant that I got to build a relationship with herbs to learn how they can serve me and my community.
This program has allowed me to learn deeply about medicine, both physical and spiritual, within herbs. As a woman of color, it's important for me to be able to share healing remedies with my community. This program has provided me with a foundation that will allow me to provide my community with wisdom that they can use for generations to come.
It was an honor to partake in this program while learning from Lupo. Lupo has extensive knowledge and such a strong relationship with herbs. It was evident during this program that Lupo teaches with a strong passion for herbalism. Because of this, she creates such a welcoming, safe, and fun space to learn in."
